Default Can I use an old aquarium for a gecko?

I have a 45cm (L) 25cm (W) 26cm (H) fish tank, can I use it to house a Gecko? It does not have a lid but as Lepard Geckos cant clim its not an much of an issue.
If I was to get a Lep Gek it would be only a few months old anyway.
here is what tank looks like when used for fish https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/_L...0/DSCF5622.JPG

It would be too small for an adult Leopard gecko IMO. The floor area needs to be larger.

too small for a leopard gecko mate
that's only 1.5 footx0.9ishx0.9ish
you need atleast a 2x1x1 for a leopard gecko
Not many geckos can live in your size for their whole life
