Default Woodlice

Just a quick conundrum, Our house seems to attract woodlice, and one day while I was feeding Steve (he was out of the viv at the time as he like to attack the outside of the cricket tank trying to get in lol), he whipped round and before I could stop him he gobbled up a few woodlice that hadn't been got by the hoover that day. Then a few days later he had a bout of diarrhea, and it came and passed with no major problems, but I never found out what caused it. I have no idea why, but could the woodlice have caused this? It's not really important, just for my curiosity.
