The past few of weeks I have sited a fox around my house. On one occasion I saw it in my neighbour's, neighbour's front garden.
Having heard of how skilled foxes are at climbing I am making the assumption that it ate the rabbit.
So until I see another rabbit, this is the end of my blog.
Thanks for reading through.

1st of December.
A few days ago I removed the trap from the garden. Absolutely no luck with a plethora of different bait items. No one seen the rabbit in a few weeks now. Perhaps it's hibernating? I don't know if they do or not or care enough to Google it. Maybe it moved on, maybe a fox ate it (I have seen a few foxes round my area).

18th of November.
So today my rabbit trap came.

Upon reading more infomation about the subject of pest rabbits, I have learnt that I am not allowed to release it. Along with the additional infomation that wild rabbits are terrified of people that really leaves me with just the death option.

17th of November.
I have ordered a rabbit trap which is just a long cage which has a door that shuts. I shall place various food items as bait and pray that I don't catch the neighbours damn cat!
Anyways the package arrives tomorrow and the only decision left for me to make it the fate of the rabbit.
1) If it is of a size my biggest snake could handle I may consider using it as food. However I haven't seen it close enough to say whether or not my carpet python could eat it....

12th of November.
So after coming back from my October holiday (on the 19th) I saw a wild rabbit in my garden. It instantly saw me and bolted to it's hidey hole in our compost heap.
Just to clarify I don't live in the countryside or the middle of nowhere. I live in a large town, not even close to the outskirts, within walking distance to the CBD. So you can imagine I was pretty darn shocked to see this wild animal making its home here.
Anyway a couple days later (around the...
