    Hello Elina,
I came across your posts on flying squirrels in UK. I have been looking for them for around 2 years now with no luck. Do you breed them or have any available? If not please can you advice on any contacts in UK / Europe? I tried to PM you but your mail box is full.

    Thank you,
    Kind Regards,

Hi Elina, your inbox is full so i'll pop my query below:

    Hi Elina,

I hope you're well. We've had a few conversations on other forums (maybe here too) regarding foxes over the years. I sadly lost my boy 3 years ago due to a foreign body I'm looking to offer a home to new a baby come 2017. Will you be having any red fox litters? Preferably silvers or marbles as little Todd was a red and wouldn't feel right "replacing" him.

If you're not likely to have any kits do you know anybody else who might?

    Thanks in advance x

    Hi Elina,
I've been researching Fennec Foxes for the past few months and I am extremely eager to make contact with a breeder in this country. Alot of them seem to be all over the world, not so much here in the UK!

I noticed that you are an experienced keeper with the little ones and also breed them too
I've sent you a friend request over Facebook and have also sent you a private message on there, my name is Emily Barnard.
My partner and myself are interested in possibly getting a kit later on this year (as obviously we would need to get everything ready for one!).

I don't suppose you could inform me as to whether you are expecting any litters this year from your Fennecs?
    Kind Regards
Emily (I did try and PM you although your mailbox is full!)

Hi, I live in the UK and I was wondering how you would come across a breeder. I'm not asking for a name but, would you go on the internet, is there a certain site? Plus was is it really like owning a fox and which species is the best for beginners? Any info would be good.

can you help me with a few question i have as i am thinking about getting a fox baby

How are silver foxes different from the other types are they all noisy

Do foxes howl when its past midnight, as we live in a semi

do you have to fox proof cables for all fox types i.e corsac, red fox, artic. I heard you can also cover the cables in a rubber tube to stop the foxes biting them?

also If foxes do bite, how painful can be and they cause flesh wounds.

theres only 2 people in our house and both usually go out for 3 4 hours in day mon-fri

usually stay in all day on sat unitil night time
Is that too much time away for a fox?

I like to put the tv on does that spook foxes or are they ok with it

Do foxes need constant petting and attension as our family sometimes like to watch tv in peace

Also id prefer a fox that prefer indoors but not as smelly somthing bigger than a fennic though
Can you tell me what you recommend
thanks for all you r help

    Hello there.
My name is Sian Quinn and I absolutely adore foxes.
I've been mad about them for a long time now but never considered the possibility of owning ones as I was always lead to believe that it was illegal in the UK...until now, just 2 days ago I discovered that it is in fact NOT illegal and you can imagine my joy.
Well unfortunately there seem to be very few people that I can ask about owning a fox and even fewer people who seem to know where I'd be able to buy one.
Since you seem to be one of these very rare and wonderful people I would like you to tell me EVERYTHING you possibly can about fox ownership and where to buy one (a price guide would much appreciated as well)
    Thank you very much.
(Posting here in case my PM didn't reach you)
