    Hi. I've been ripped off by a member of the forum. I stupidly sent a deposit by bank transfer, only for the seller to back out, then fail to return my deposit. What are my options if any?

    hi, advised by someone else on here that if we could not find a home quickly due to the females having laid egg sacs in transit to destroy them ! no one was helpful really !!!!
