Its hard work just walking, so i'm spending half hour on the bike a night & hope to get to 1 hour before we go. If you want to phone a any time my mobile is 07973302351.

Hiya, I've had no contact with you before but while researching my 1st interior build you seem to pop up everywhere with words of wisdom.

Please could you tell me what (in your opinion) is the easiest method resulting in a good quality finish to coat a Kingspan type interior?

I've read a lot of posts suggesting grout and then a variety of different paints and or varnishes so I'm a little overwhelmed. I'm doing a fairly simple rocky/desert scene for a Royal.

    Many thanks in advance, Tony.

Dude, its Mark D lol. Plantation soil is ok, but its not the best for planted vivs, i use a mix of organic compost and bark chips. You can add moss and all sorts of shite if you like, people do, but i've had no problems with just those two, it drains fast, gives good growth, looks natural, etc

Looking forward to pics, its always good to get new people in the scene

Thank you so much for your response. U really have helped me so much. As you probably know this will take time but soon as I have it sorted I will post pics. I am so excited. I yeh I checked out mist king but put me off due to no UK suppliers. I do know that it is number one for its quality. Thank you for your support.

PS don't avoid giving advice as this is the reason the forum and I would never have taken this adventure without your help.

One other thing have you had any experience with wxo terra plantation soil? I'm tempted to use this until I gain more confidence and knowledge

hi dave, you recently given me advice on which plants to get for my live vivarium which was fantastic and really informative. i just have a little concern that after some research a lot of the plants only need watering maybe once a week. how do you overcome over watering when keeping humidity up for my cresties?

as i say im a total noob when coming tp plants especially when selecting and planting in a vivarium.

is it because daily misting is a lot less intense on the plants than watering as you would normally do.

i am saving up for a monsoon to deliver the spray on my plants, you recommend this as again im worried about over watering, also do you have any experience with this kit?

one more question you recommend me leaving in the pots as a noob first to get the experience?

i do apologise for meithering but i get overly enthusiastic when i set my mind to a new challenge and want to get it right.

    thanks again for your advice.
