    some males can live for up to eight years i believe but 5 is a genaeral age so yes you are correct there ,i dint really take much notice of price and age was worried bout the info he had been given lol

    Yeah, a dimming thermostat is what you want. Connect it to the basking bulb, and leave the probe in the middle of the enclosure and set it for around 25'c. That way, it'll keep pumping out heat, unless the general temp in the enclosure gets too much (ie, Ed will be able to escape all the heat if he wants to!)

    They look like dogs don't they! It makes me laugh when my guy doesn't it! He rubs his head against the exo terra vines when he's shedding too! Silly thing! :P My guy does laps when I spray him! He comes close, then runs away, then comes close, ........ Very amusing!
