to start with his tongue wouldn't come out much but this has improved enough for him to catch his food & i have been giving him water mixed with crytical care powder regularly through a tiny plastic water pistol i got out of a cracker, sounds funny i know but this is the only way i can get fluids into him. i wave it a little bit just above his head & he opens his mouth for me to spray it in. bless his little heart! i know their bones are very fragile & was wondering if there is a bit of rib broken off completely whether this would eventually be absorbed into the body instead of irritating him for the rest of his days. as he is still so young i am hoping his bones will grow & correct themselves properly hence why i want him resting in a good position to avoid them growing the wrong shape. please help me!

hi debbie my chameleon has damaged/broken a couple of his ribs & is unable to walk properly, he is only a couple of months old & i have had him about 5/6 weeks.
is there any chance he will recover properly so he can move well again?
i have cleared his tank & have got him in a little box with a wooley scrunched up water bottle cover because he can grip this really well & stay sitting up instead of him doing any more damage to himself & ending up on his side at the bottom of the tank. i cant afford a vet visit at present & i'm heart broken. my theory is that he needs to rest as much as possible whilst trying to get better.

    Hi,
I'm after a Male Panther Chameleon but not quite yet, do you breed on a regular basis as we are moving house and I would like on in about June / July when we have settled and the enclosure is all ready. Just thought it may be worth keeping your details if you do.

    Thanks
    Darren
