Default Habstat thermostat

Hey I have recently bought a habitstat thermostat and it goes off every morning at 7 and every night at 8 and I’m nit sure why does anyone know why this might be happening. I think it’d because the temperature is too high or low when it switches over to day and night. But I’m not sure. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you 🙂

What model did you buy? There are various types and some have programmable timers built in so it may be as simple as you have plugged the heater into the wrong socket, or you need to reprogram the night time period...But without knowing what model you purchased we can't help
