Default food advice

is it wise to feed 1yr old corns food that has been defrosted, warmed slightly then put back in fridge and warmed again the day after ? or should i use fresh food ?

When I defrost mice for feeding, if the snake doesn't take it I'll offer it to another one and bin the mouse if it's not eaten that day. I don't keep it defrosted for any longer.

It's generally not too wise to refreeze food. Occasionally you should be able to get away with it.. there is evidence of snakes eating carrion in the wild, and I have in the past refrozen food which had begun to defrost on the way back from the shop. I tend to be of the opinion that corn snakes are tougher than many give credit for - but the textbook answer would be no.

It is not wise to refreeze food just like it isnt for us.
