Default shedding question

hi everyone, I have just a quick question, I have only had my leo for a couple of weeks and he shed two days ago for the first time while in my care, since then though he doesn't seem as active as he was and not very fussed about his food either, although I know he might still be a bit full after shedding.
So my question is, is it normal for a leo to go abit quiet afterwards?

it should be fine they go off their food get a little grumpy and a laze around more around shedding give it a couple days to perk up again shedding is pretty stressful for reptiles just keep an eye ofcourse for any underlying problems that could be lurking =)
