I personally wouldn't bother with the moonglow light UNLESS you're using it for night-time viewing of your sleeping dragon. Dropping down to room temperature at night can be beneficial to them (as it more closely mimics what happens in the wild in a desert - it gets COLD) unless your house is very, very cold indeed.

I also wouldn't bother with the dried food pellets. Stick to buying fresh spring greens, courgette and butternut squash from the supermarket.

Wouldn't bother with the;
moonglow night bulb - I let my BDs temps drop to room temp overnight so unless it for night time viewing of a sleeping dragon, bit pointless
water sprayer - they dont need spraying
dried food pellets - never used them but i wud stick to livefood and fruit and veg

Might be worth picking up a couple of timers for your lights...

Thanks, sorry I should have been clearer. The moonglow is for my benefit not BD as I am always awake half the night and wanted to be able to see him/her.

And yes, fully plan large veg selection, just didn't add that to my shopping list as always have that in.

Also am planning on using packing paper on floor, which I already have.

Timers - thanks for that - def need them!
Sprayer - I read that they should be sprayed daily is that wrong?
bulb guard too - thanks, adding that.

No, you don't need this for a Bearded dragon.

They can get thier claws stuck in the guard and become trapped.

As the bulb will be above them, they are able to sense how hot it is and won't touch it.

Thanks again, you guys here are so helpful.
Does anyone know where a 6ft viv could be got (pref online) as that is my long term plan but all the rep shops I have found online so far only go up to 4ft?
