Default Green water dragon.. to swim or not to swim

In a caresheet I've read they need a drinkingbowl but not deep so they won't drown in it.
Others I've seen with swimmingpools for their dragons.

So can they swim? Do they like to?

they are outstanding swimmers, and love to do so. dont bother with drinking water, they defecate in any water in their viv, as well as swimming in it. mine prefer to drink water from leaves after the misting system has kicked in. just give them one large and deep water container to swim in, just make sure they have plenty of ways of climbing out. also, unless you are going to have a suitable filtration system on the water, it will need changing daily ideally, as they like to take care of their toilet business from branches above the water, into the water! makes keeping the viv clean easy though.

Def swin hun. Pop ya water dragon in the bath but give it a little ledge so can sit on. Water Dragons can submerge for up to 25 minutes. Brilliant swimmers fantastic to watch and so much fun for them. He/she might not like it at first if its a new thing but give it time let it follow ya finger in the water.
