Exclamation help please!

hi jus gettin a bci n was wondering wether it needs a heat mat for overnight? p.o jus had a light in as far as can tell, lights at night must stress them, ive also read the care sheets in adbance but too much conflicting info, help please

Best for a bci is a ceramic heater. Bulbs struggle to heat a large viv, and heat mats are not recommended for heavy bodied snakes. Ceramic heater on a pulse proportional thermostat is the way to go.
