Default age of beardie to start feeding pinkies etc

hey all i was just browsing on you tube last night and saw people feeding pinkies and anoles to young beardies what is the correct age to start feeding them to the beardie

The main rule of thumb is that when its young dont feed it anything bigger than its head, so i think i would wait until it was an adult if i were going to feed him/her pinkies.

i dont feed pinkies to my beardies unless they have layed there eggs
some of my pets 1.1 boxerxstaffie ,1.0 cats( noddie )1+3 boas ( 0.2.amel corn snakes (baby+seth) 0.1 blood red beardie (ruby ),0.1hypo translucentxyellow red desert ) 01.0.6 citrus het translucent het hypo beardie,1.1 ghost corn,1.1anerycorns het hypo3.1.0 normal corns 0.02+amel corns 1.0 .0 amber motley .corns)1.0.2greenspot snow{dogdog}.2.1.17bearded dragons +01.01 hyper translucent pastel+ 1.0.0 royal 0.1 crimson corn 0/1vincent1.1het medusa purple stripe beardies 03.01citrusxpastel beardies 0.0.10 classic corns 0.01 salmon boa0.01 crinson corn 0.0.13 corn snakes all het for snow /anery,amel 0.0.9 baby beardies 0.01 crimson corn

I agree with mrspebro hun I used to give as a treat every now and then but dont bother now as he very rarely would touch it anyways. If female has just laid then pinkees are a good source to bulk them up again but other than that hun I wouldnt bother.

If you must feed them pinkies then wait until they're fully grown. They really don't need them though.

They dont need them whatsoever. My BD wont even entertain the idea, he just sticks his nose up.

Some people feed them to bulk up after laying but even they dont 'need' it. If fed regularly a beardie will soon become obese due to pinkies.
