Unhappy Sawfly larvae problem in our garden!!

Hello, So, we have a lovely willow tree, and it's leaves have been getting eaten by tiny catterpillars, they are clear(All over), yellow(Near there head and bottom), and have a greenish tinge. I think they are sawfly but I'm not sure. A sawfly landed on my tea-shirt today.
