Default Mexican Black King Snake, new to snakes help!!

Hi =) ive never owned a snake before and my sister recomended i start off with a Mexican Black king Snake.. ive done some reserch on them but i could use alot of help lol

i have bought a tank to house him it's called a "Vivexotic Vx24 Reptile Chameleon Vivarium Tank"

i dont know what heating to use or anything like that..

i have no idea what they like? (sand, wood chippings, etc,)

Please every bit of advice will be much appreciated!!

im very keen to own one of these beautiful creatures and i want to do it right =D !! thank youu!

My king (albeit a desert king) loves aspen, i'd recommend using it

actually i meant to add that, mines burrows away in it all the tme lol... shred not chips.

any form of bark aspen or woodchips as substrate. Heat mat with stat at around 85F at the hot end. Water bowl. Couple of hides. Done. There really is nothing complex to a MBK. One snake that ud have to have a real fook up to put off its food.
