Question Watercress for Baby Beardie

Hi Guys,

I've been running through a food chart i found on the forum sometime ago about what veggies Baby/Adult Beardies can/can't have. One of them that they can have it Watercress (Called Collard Greens in the US).

I'm a bit reluctant to give him Watercress from somewhere like Tesco's or Sainsbury's as i'm not sure its safe for him? - Has anyone else gone given their Beardie's Tesco's or Sainsbury's Watercress as it comes in a packet?

I pick mine straight out of the garden... usually when about 1 - 2 weeks old.. After that I think they can be too bitter...
