Exclamation Horned frog heating help!

Hi all,
My Horned frog is not very old and have had problems with him/her not eating. But it has been eating quite normally up untill a few a days ago. I was wondering though if it was because of the heat not being right. Our house is not central heated and as a consequence has got quite cold recently. I have a heat mat which is adjusted to do about 29c. But the air temp is only about 12c. What other ways are there to heat the tank. Also if anyone has any other ideas to why hes not eating can you help me then please.
