Default Cali not feeding, advice please?

Hi guys, wonder if anyone can help? My Cali king is not eating, she has not eat for 3 weeks now, she was eating just fine every week for 8 weeks or more that I've had her so I'm obviously worried. Her temp in the viv has dropped with the winter getting worse... But not too low she isn't active she still gets about etc.

I've been thawing her mice, heating them in warm water and she took them just fine but now nothing! I'd hate to lose her

Thanks for any and all info!

Pepper.

PS how are frozen mice bought over the Internet? Do they not go off?

Have you dropped the temps yourself or have they dropped naturally because you dont have a thermostat? Could be a number of reasons. Is she coming up to a shed?

She has just had a shed, all in one piece! The temps have dropped due to outside conditions and the mat is never off but I do have a thermostat on it, just too cold for being a glass viv!

Turn the thermostat up so it keeps correct temps.
How old is the snake?

Mice are bought on the internet same as any other purchase. They are usually delivered next day in a poly box with dry ice.

She is 1 year old, and the thermostat is up, it is not reaching high enough temp to turn off but the snake seems happy enough moving about and moving from both hides etc?

Thanks pepper

The temp in her viv should be 27-32 degrees C. Any lower and that could be a reason she's off her food.

In which case you need a higher wattage mat or swap it for a heat bulb/ceramic heater.

Where are you measuring the temps at?

If it is glass i am assuming you mean a converted fish tank ??? Get a heat lamp on a stat for the heat source if you cannot heat it with a mat. Make sure that the stat probe is down on a level that the snake is tho so you know what temps it reaches
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THAT BUY A RUB AND USE THE MAT AND STAT ON THAT OVER THE WINTER ??
