account not activated?

Hi all,

How long does it take to activate an account? I created my own as this is my brothers but its still not been activated, its been around 3 days now I can sign in but can only view things. Any help welcome

you have to click the link in the email they send you.

If you havent had the email, your registration didnt work for some reason, try it again!

If it fails try a different email.

How helpful of a forum member am i. lol.

Ok thanks. I will try tonight when I am from work. Like I say I can sign in ect but can't do anything else.

It may have been marked as spam. If you can't find the email in the spam folder, send me a PM with his account details and I can manually verify it.

Did you create the account on the same PC that your brother usually logs in with? If so it may be because they think you are trying to make multiple accounts?

No. He created it on the laptop and I did it on my phone. I am sure it wasn't even though the same ip tbh as I think he created it at our old house. He doesn't use the account any more so that's why I have been using it while I am waiting for my account to be sorted.
