Default incubating eggs

Hi guys,

looking very very far into the future here but eventually i want to have the correct knowledge etc to breed my geckos, therefore after some advice.

I have noticed alot of people simply create an incubator box using a RUB with substrate moistened then obviously some sort of heat source.

i like this idea but my issue is a heat source so was thinking of mabea heat mat on a thermostat.

would this be ok?
