to be honest i had never heard of it until now but after a search i found it (Nekton Tonic-R)

it says its to sprinkle over soft food

i myself use cricket dust and nutobal d for dusting crickets and hoppers and clarkes for soft food
i feed clarkes cgd 5 days a week and livefood 2 days a week clarkes is a whole food just mix with water into a paste this has all the vitamins and supplements mixed in already

repashy is another good cgd diet

Never heard of nekton tbh.

The only CGD i would use is repashy ! it is by far the best diet out there for cresties. In the UK (lillyexotics is the uk distributor of repashy) they have the latest version, V3 and it now comes in two flavours tropical and mango - i would definitely suggest using repashy over clarks.

Live food i use hoppers, crickets and mealworms and dust with nutribol i probs give them live food about once/twice a week

Repashy is the best CGD bar none. I feed live locust and the occasional wax worm. Also a few crickets monthly. I dust with calcium. I wouldn't recommend feeding too many crickets due to the increased amount of chitin which could cause impaction in the cresty. I would really stay clear of feeding meal worms to a cresty due to them being very low in nutrients and containing mostly chitin.

My crestie has repashy calcium plus dusted on his live food. I feed him a mixture of locust/crickets/dubia and Turkistan roaches, twice a week. He also has access to repashy CGD (fruit powder you add water too with vitamins etc in) this is in his viv at all times and i replace this every other night
