You'll need to explain a bit more.

What species?
Heating/temperatures?
Any lights?
What food you been trying her on?
Substrate?
Supplements?
Age?
Condition?

Most geckos (if healthy) can go for weeks without food easily. Just let her settle in, try not to disturb her and try her on food every couple of days.

Is that 22C in the hot or cold end? Do you have a heat mat or heat light in the viv?

There should be a hot area of around 33C

Well that's why she's not eating. If she isn't able to get the heat she requires, she won't be able to digest her food or function, therefore she won't eat. Do you have a heat mat or a light? You need to get one (preferably a mat) and attach it to a thermostat. Put the mat under the substrate and set it to around 33C with a reliable digital thermometer.
