Default Chameleon set-up

I have read the chameleon set up page but am still a bit lost on the lighting. I have kept marine fish and corals so know about T5 Metal halides etc but when it comes to this i need a bit of direction.

I have decided to go with the exo terra large (or med) extra tall with

Arcadia Pro Vivarium Canopy T5 24W 60cm - Surrey Pet Supplies

and with

Deep Dome Lamp Fixture

Just not too sure about which bulb and whether i need a separate heat spotlight or if this is sufficient or if there is a better lighting system than the arcadia canopy?

Everything else like supplements i think i have down.
