Default picking up a bearded dragon ?

ok i'm looking at bearded dragon breeders around leicester and from what i can see most are around an hour drive which is no prob , but would a young bearded dragon be ok without the heat for that long ?

Yeah it'll be fine
I drove for 3 hours to pick up a dwarf gecko and he was fine and dandy for the whole thing. Just kept him covered and quiet

good place to go is the reptile centre in northampton. the quality of the animals are fantastic.

Yep won't be a problem, pop him/her in a RUB (or any close-able tub with a few air holes) and put a pillow case or tshirt or something in there for cover and warmth. A few hours is no problem at all remember they go all night without an artificial heat source

Yeah im sure that it would be fine also being in a car it shouldnt drop temps to badly, if you think about it in some cases with couriers they are all day

There are a few people with baby beardies in leicester mate, or is it a specific beardie your after?

I picked up my new young Beardie today. 45 minute drive. She was fine.

Car heater on and a fleece over her box.

She ate as soon as she went in here new home, so must have been ok. I was worried about temp as its been snowing here for 2 days
