Is it this I want Temperate Softwood Ply (Structural) (L)2440 x (W)1220 x (T)18mm, 5022652812096 ???

If I get it in that size I can use some of the off cuts for the front for the runners and would only need one sides and then something for the back

this is going for 6 x 3 x 3

yep that's it. For a 3x3 you'd need a few sheets as you'd use one the top, one for the bottom and one for the back.... then you'd need sides.
Unless you fiddled the sizes a tiny bit.

sheet one:
6 x 3 and a 2 x 3. Plus plinths for runners.
6 x 3 and a 2 x 3
6 x 3 and two 1 x 3.

so you've two 6x3's for the top and bottom and an almost 6x3 for the back.
A 2 x 3 and a 1 x 3 for each of the sides to give you a 3 x 3 side. You'd also have enough left overs to make a centre support for the front (if you think you might need one) and some panels to cover the joins on the sides.
you'd need to work the sizing out though as you'll lose 3mm off each cut, so you won't get an exact 6ft and 2ft from an 8ft sheet.

will I need a center support for it?

So I will need 3 or 4 sheets for it?

What do I use to make it more water resistant inside?

you won't 'need' one but at 6ft there's more chance of it bowing if you want to put something on top.

you should be able to do it from three sheets, if you mix and match the sides rather than using full 3x3's.

for a beardie you don't need it waterproofed but Ronseal external (low VOC) will give it water and UV protection.

Ah I see what you mean about measuring everything to get the most from the wood if I make it a 5 foot I would be able to get a side plus a top out of each but kind of want bigger mmm decisions decisions

have you got a little link for the ronseal stuff so I know what im getting?

will I still use an aquarium sealer on it?

you'd still use three sheets for the 5ft so might as well go for 6ft and patch then sides together. I've done it a few times on the back of vivs when I can't get the full sized piece in the car.

you can use aquarium sealant to stop any moisture getting in the gaps, but with a beardie viv there shouldn't really be any.

something like this - Ronseal Interior & Exterior Woodstain Teak, 5010214833900 ; 5010214833825

just check the exterior varnishes and find the low VOC Ronseal one, and choose a colour.
