Default Have my turtles got mouth rot?

I took my turtle to the vet as they had a chipped beak. They diagnosed mouth rot and put turtle on antibiotics for a month after which we got the all clear.

Question 1) will his beak grow back or will he he have problems forming a waterproof seal forever? see first photo

Question 2) I noticed another turtle has a lump on his mouth. He doesn't seem bothered by it/ Is this likely to be an injury or could this be mouth rot? see photos 2-4

Question 3) Is mouth rot contagious?

Any help would be much appreciated. They are Australian Eastern Long Necks
