Please help...My Red Eared Slider is Vomiting Blood

Hii, I have a red eared slider ...it's a female, weight is 60gm and almost 1.5-2year age.... recently from last 4days I am noticing that she is bleeding in my aquatic tank...so I keep on searching the source , but today I have noticed that the blood is coming from inside her mouth like vomiting...can you please help me want I can do and what is the problem with my turtle. Need your urgent help.... please anyone

In my region we don't have any reptiles specialist vet, so I am very helpless if anyone can suggest anything which I can do now to save my turtle.

I am looking after vet who is reptiles expert but unfortunately in my region we don't have anyone....so seeking help if anyone could suggest what can be done immediately and if I need to take care of her food what to give or what not to give or anything I can do right now till I find someone expert.

This isn’t something that anyone can help with as seems very serious.
Where are you too and I’m sure we can help try find someone for you.

If you explain exactly how you are keeping the terrapin ie depth of water, diet, filtration etc I’m sure an expert will be along to help you. I’m guessing you are not in the U.K. as there are lots of vets who can help you here.
