im doing research into these as hopefully i will be buying one soon, can anyone reccomend a care sheet, i have found one on here but it does say they dont know if they are any good. so the more info anyone could give me the better, i am in the process of googling it, but would rather have info off someone who has had forst hand experiance with them. : victory:

try the tortoise trust, they have good care sheets

thanks. Do you have to use a substrate as i always worry about impaction, could they just be put on tiles, or would substrate be fine?

you will need substrate without it you will end up with dehidration problems, kidney stones etc.i use top soil and play sand mixed 60/40.

Am slightly worried that there's a caresheet on here that says "but it does say they dont know if they are any good"

I think the caresheets cuold do with some revision and should be made stickies without other peoples opinions on them - if someone is reading a caresheet and then lots of people come on and post after saying different things its even more confusing!

Anyways just my thoughts!
