Smile Razorback musk moving

I'm moving house very soon and just wondered what the best way to transport my razorback musk turtle? New place is an hour and a half drive away so would I be best to put him in a tub with wet kitchen roll or put a small amount of water in the bottom? What would people recommend?
Thanks
Katherine

A plastic tub with wet kitchen roll, or damp moss is best. As long as they stay moist they will be fine, and they won't slosh around during the journey!

Best,
Paul

As above - make sure its deep enough so he can't climb out.

Its also a good idea to keep some kitchen roll handy. The last time we had one of ours in the car she did a poo, and the smell was a bit overpowering!

I use a plastic box filled with damp sphagnum moss, place it somewhere in the car where it can't slide about, and cover with a towel or something to keep it dark. Don't keep stopping and checking if it's OK, it will be if you don't disturb it.
