Default Brahminy Blind Snake

It's a long shot but I am absolutely in love with these tiny creatures. I've been trawling all the reptile stockists with no luck so I thought I'd ask here just in case. Willing to travel to anywhere, even Europe if necessary, or willing to pay for shipping from anywhere in the world if that can be done safely.

Not a particularly helpful answer but okay. As a matter of fact I've seen several suppliers in the US that often have them for sale, but they're all out of stock currently.

But how do you get them here??
Unless you are willing to pay a small fortune in shipping costs it's just not feasible. Shops very rarely arrange their own imports for the same reason. They buy from wholesalers, who in turn are only going to import species they know they can sell on very quickly. Which means mainstream popular species.
So no, not helpful, but realistic.
They are very odd snakes, especially being parthenogenic, but are unlikely to have any real interest in the the hobby, which means that they are simply not found being kept here.
You could try looking at places such as Hamm or Houten, as there are keepers in Europe with more unusual species. You could also try a shop in Paris called La Ferme Tropicale, they have some very odd species in. I suspect that if they are available in the EU, this company would know.

Ian - Thank you for the link, that store looks amazing, definitely going in my bookmarks.

I agree that it wouldn't really be feasible to buy from the US despite my wishful thinking - and even if it was I would be very reluctant to put any animal through such a long trip. I mentioned it more in the sense that my search isn't completely fruitless because I've seen evidence of this species being sold and kept as pets in some countries.

A slim chance indeed, but if you don't ask you don't get, right? No one's made a post about this species in a while so it lets people know there's still interest, if nothing else.
