Default First Royal clutch hatching. Pastel x Bumblebee

I'm so excited with this my first ever royal clutch is hatching. Here's mum and dad

And here's the first baby

A tiny super pastel. Sorry not the greatest pic I didn't want to upset the baby too much so just snapped one quick.
So far out of six eggs I've got 1 super pastel, 2 pastels and 1 very lively normal ( already one bite and escape bid under his/her belt). I'm so pleased with them, still got fingers crossed my killer bee is in one of the last 2 eggs, and they're all averaging out at about 50g each so pretty good.

Thanks. I grabbed some quick pics of the baby's yesterday.
Here's Pastel 1

Pastel 2 (Was only in this overnight while I put vent holes in the new 9ltr rubs)

Little Normal

And the super pastel

I'm so chuffed with all of them. Another pastel had pipped this morning still waiting on the final egg.

Last pastel is out of the egg. We now have 1 super pastel, 3 pastels and 1 normal. Unfortunately the last one had died in the egg, no idea why. I'm so gutted over it, it was a perfect little killer bee. Luckily the other 5 babys are all doing well hopefully they shed soon so I can get them started feeding.

Aww that's a shame
Still congrats on the others. I'm sure they will thrive!

Oh i'm so excited for you!!

Beautiful parents and babies.

So sorry about the little bee

I'm hoping to try breeding my female either this year if she gains enough weight, but in no hurry so if not will start next year.

Congrats!
