Default Paint Bubbles In Exo Terra Water Dish

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone else had come across this fault? I'm starting to get really frustrated with this as It's now the 8th dish that it's happened to.
I have 16 dishes in total, a mixture of medium and large. The first time this happened was with one I purchased in November of last year, I tried to contact Exo Terra directly to report this to them and to make sure that the paint was not toxic to my snakes but I never heard back from them. I returned it to the supplier who swapped it over for me. After that, I purchased several more at different times and from different suppliers and It's been hit and miss with them, some have been fine and others have bubbled as in the pic, I returned the faulty ones to the suppliers and the replacements have been fine.
The last one It happened to, I tried to contact Exo Terra again this time with success.
I received a response asking me to send it directly to them for investigation which I did. A couple of days later I received and email saying that they were very sorry and it was a problem with the paint. They said this was the first time they had heard of this fault and they were checking the rest of the stock they had to make sure they were okay. Again after a couple of days I had another email saying that the rest of the stock was fine and there was a replacement in the post for me.
Well, the pics below are of the replacement.

I'm going to contact them again about this but I just wanted to let them know that It's not just me that this is happening to, hopefully.

Yeah, I think Hagen are the parent company of Exo Terra and a few other brands. I didn't know they had a profile on here thanks for letting me know. I'll drop them a PM now.

Never had this happen but tbh I don't like these water dishes, I much prefer ceramic water dishes for my snakes, the exo terra ones I have I just use with my arachnids I keep.
