True mate. Hope that's how it works out. My wife is scared of snakes but now she is wanting her own royal and Im allowed an Anaconda and Retic so passing on the passion is a good thing

I does with some people

The misses dad hated snakes was terrified, until I brought her a little royal last year. Now he feeds it and holds his hands out for it when he's being handled- he don't trust any of mine, way to big and active for him- you never know one dad

good to see the wifes on board too.

after years of trying lol. She had held a royal and touched the burm but she is absolutely terrified of the corn lol. Hopefully she will be able to completely get over her fear one day

This is great to hear as have just convinced my soon to be wife to buy a Royal with me when we move into our new place. One each to bond with and raise and she seems genuinely excited as likes they have very deliberate movement and are fairly slow

Bet you are his best mate now lol. My wife bought my 4 and 5 year old a hamster 2 days ago to get them used to looking after animals. They will be feeding it, cleaning the cage etc. We got them fish a couple of years ago but they lost interest. Will try again in a year or 2
