Default My snake collection.

Thought i'd just post up what I keep myself, working in a zoo in a large herp collection I get to work with all manner of reptiles daily, but it'd be rude not to keep some species yourself!

My lovely female Taiwanese Beauty snake (Orthriophis taeniurus friesei) measuring a nice 6.5ft!

Radiated Rat snake (Coelognathus radiata)

False water cobra (Hydrodynastes gigas)

Madagascan Hognose (Leioheterodon madagascariensis)

Baron's Racer (Philodryas baroni)

Carpet Python (Morelia spilota)

They are gorgeous, a really lovely collection of snakes.

I have to admit your Radiated Rat made me smile - I could hear Kermit's voice in my head!!!

Cheers guys!

Yeah the C. radiata is a fun snake to work, lighting quick and never hesitates to throw itself at me with its mouth open!

Default Been a few years, time for an update!

Been a while, thought id show a few of my new additions over the past couple of years, i've started to focus and steer my own collection towards asian colubrids.

I have a pair of beautiful Green bush snakes (Gonyosoma prasinum)

Also a lovely trio of hatchling Trinket snakes (Coelognathus helena)

I also have a lone female Madagascar cat eye snake (Madagascarophis colubrinus) whom I am searching for a male. (If anyone has one to take for this November Doncaster PM me please!!)
