how longs a piece of string?

They all have benefits and none would make a bad first snake.

I keep Corns, Kings (which include milks) and I would say my Kings are more active than any of my corns.

get a snake that soots you. i made the mistake of getting what people told me was a good starter snake (corn) altho it was a lovely corn (or 4) it was not what i wanted i wanted a big chunky snake,so i sold the corns and Rosy's to make way for some bigger snakes bci and royal pythons.

have a good think what you really want then do as much research and go get it

agree with above - its waht suits your liking , but then again u probably wont stick with 1 anyway and corns the best starter , and doesnt mean it has to go (they r not just for xmas lol)
i started with corns and love em to bits, they are growing well and getting better all the time
