Default rosy boa

Evening all,
Just wanting to talk to people who own rosy boas. I have a pair of mid baja and will shortly be getting some albino costal. I'd love to add some different locals to my collection but they seem so hard to find. Those who keep them what do you have or whats your favourite.
Thanks

All the rosy's are very hard to find in the UK, which has always puzzled me as they are so easy to keep. Mine is an 9 year old male Californian Coastal bought as a yearling at an ERAC show in 2011. He was the first Rosy I'd ever seen for sale in more than 30 years of keeping reptiles!

It really is bizarre how hard they are to find. Occasionally see them pop up on morphmarket or in pet shops but at silly prices.

& they usually tend to be Bajas or Coastals only for some reason- I've never seen Mexicans or Deserts for sale for example.

I have an adult pair, bay of la locality, but in the years I've had them they haven't been consistent breeders (despite my efforts). Some years they mate and I get nothing and other times she'll produce a small litter of large babies, one year I had just the one. Simplicity itself to keep though, wonderful snakes that I'd love to have more of. I'm hoping for better luck in 2020 but who knows.

Beautiful local. There must be a way of making them easier to find over here. Mass shipment from the states probably the only way

There's a member on here, paulsnakeman, who has an insane collection of erycine boas.
Drop him a pm, he will have various rosy boas available next year.
