Default Yellow Mites things

Morning Guys,
Hope you're all well I was changing the water in my yunnan mountain rat snakes vivarium this morning and saw 3 of these yellow things in his water.
Can anybody tell me what these are? Sorry about picture quality hard to get close without blurring the camera.. The black thing is some wood

Might just be a couple of bugs from the substrate?

Wasn't there a similar thread where someone else had loads of bugs in a water bowl ?

Do you have a bio active set up ? what was the substrate used before changing to paper ?
