Default Hogg Island or corn snake...this could be my last snake for a while!!HELP me decide..

Hi all

Well my boyfriend said I can have 1 more snake and 1 more lizard for now ( I think he means for the next year or 2 until we buy our own place).

I have decided that my next lizard will be a crestie and hoping to get one at donny show.

But for the snake....I can either get a Hogg Island Boa OR a corn snake (he said 1 but I reckon if I got a corn I would be able to have 2 as they are cheaper and smaller).

What should I do.....I realise the requirements and neither put me off but which would be the better buy...is 1 more fun to keep or rewarding than the other, I know temprements are down to the individual but generally is there much of a difference? if anyone has any plus or minus' for each
speak now or forever hold your peace!!

I just cant decide and need help.

I asked OH which he would prefer out of the 2 and he said he just likes the light coloured snakes and if he had a choice it would be plastic!!

Ummm I have both and I think you should get.......
...sorry I can't choose, they are all great!
I would say that I probably see more of my boa as she tends to sit up on her branch and chill out wheras the corns hide away most of the time.
I have never had any concerns about my corns biting me, but there are times when I'm a bit cautious of my boa.
They are all great to handle and beautiful snakes. Ummm, the boa will be more expensive than most corns.
Good luck making your choice.
