Default HELP!!! Corn snake bleedong from mouth!!

rite here it goes,
i was taking pics of all my animals and then got 1 of my male corns out.
when i had him out he was thrashing around and i realised there was blood on the table!
on closer inspecition to find where the blood is coming from i could not find any cuts.
i then looked at the mouth and i can see blood around the lips, i dont want to open the mouth up incase i cause any further injury.

does anybody have any suggestions of what to do?

just looked at it again it has now stopped bleeding,

the only problem i have is getting to the vet as i cant drive and all family and friends are working.

i asked one of the vets and they said they would have a go but they havent had any experiance with reps so dont really trust them.

Best to ask on here if anyone knows one closer??? or if there are any experts on here that live close to you that could pop round to have a look? I am sure that someone will help you and your snake

I agree vets for unknown bleeding but have you look in his mouth now it has stopped bleeding. Sometimes when you feed they get a bit over the top and bit themselves slightly, could it be this. Could have also swallowed some substance a while back that has been imbedded and finally worked its way loose and has now bleed. It just means if you can see the problem then you can she if you can afford to wait an afternoon to find a good vets. If there appears to be no cause then you will need to gets to a vet asap. There must be a rep vet near you. Im in the middle of nowhere and there is still one within a reasonable distance. If no ones home to drive you then call a taxi.
