Aahh thought so, she turned out very nice
People always think a blue eyed luecy is a mojave x mojave, when it isn't is it, it is a super mojave which has a greyish head ... yeah ?
There are a number of ways to produce blue eyed luecy's.
Please somone corret me if i'm wrong or give incomplete answers, i've only just started researching royal python genetic so it's all a bit new to me!
So far combinations that have been confirmed to have produced Blue eyed leucy's are:
mojave x lesser platty
mojave x mojave has produced them
Het Leucistic X Het Leucistic
Lesser Platinum X Phantom
Platinum X Lesser
Lesser Platinum X Lesser Platinum
Het Leucistic X Mojave
It's the small mumbers of them created plus the expense of the animals that can produce them that keeps prices of them high ($20-50 000 USD)
It's still very much a mutation thats being investigated (by breeding back hets to WC and to various other mutations to see what pops out etc)
We have a "five year goal" to produce pieds and spider pieds so i've been starting research into royal python genetics, thanks for the excuse to excerise the brain!
