Default How do you clean out your vivs ?

Maybe a stupid question but never mind.
I have just moved my young Rat Snake from a small plastic faunarium into a 3x1.5x1.5 viv.
With the faunarium, cleaning was easy due to size, just change all the substrate and clean out.
How do you guys clean your big vivs ?
Do you spot clean or change all the substrate every time ?

I spot clean everyday, and do a full substrate change and disinfect at the end of every month after pay day.

theres those disinfectants you can get off livefoods and other online reptile shops...some of them are good but can be a bit pricey for what they are
