Has it lost any weight??

What are the temperatures??

If the husbandry is fine the look at offering different types of food, leaving the food over night or braining, this piercing the scull so the juices come out of the scull, it's not as bad as it sound and will send snake wild.

Force feeding should be a lasy resort and done bu someone with experience.

Good luck

This really does highlight the need to fully research any snake you plan to keep, including natural behaviour.
Most milks are from North America, a temperate region. As such, they will instinctively stop feeding in the autumn in readiness for brumating.
At 2 feet, your friend's milk is fully grown, only hondurans are a readily available species which get bigger (6 ft).
You need to reduce the temperature over the next 2 weeks to 50F, keep it in a small tub in darkness ,d undisturbed for 3 months then reverse the process.

Milks range from southern Ontario through most of the US east
of the Rockies down to Central America, Columbia, Ecuador and
Venezuela. Most availiable Milks ie. Nelsons, Sinaloans etc will
get over 4ft. My 3 yr old Nelsons is over 4ft. What have you got?
