Default Russian Rat Snakes breeding

Am I right in thinking that if you bred a Hi Yellow x Anery you would produce 100% Normal het Hi Yellow, Anery???

If you then bred two of Normal hets you would have the possibility of producing mainly normals, some Hi Yellow, some Anery??? Would you also have a chance of producing a combonation of the two (like with corns) or not???

I would imagine that 'high yellow' isn't a recessive trait in russian rats - I would think that it would be something that can be improved/washed out depending on the amount of yellow in the individual you paired it with.

I think with this pairing you would have a clutch of normals (which may or may not have high yellow colouring) all het anery. Could be wrong though! incidentally, how can a black and yellow snake be anery? That means no red pigment...Russian rats don't have red on them do they?

Why on earth anyone should want to breed morphs of such a beautiful thing as a Russian Ratsnake beats me.

They are beautiful as they are but I think increasing the amount and intensity of yellow, particularly on the body stripes (like a mangrove-only without the bites) would be worth selecting for when breeding them.

Default Russian Rat Snakes

Could anyone tell me their guess on whether this hatchling will turn out with yellow markings?
