Yes... Radiated rat snakes do, but they have no fangs. Their 'venom' is only really potent enough for small rodents though, although some people have reacted to it if it has got into an open cut or something.

I have been bitten by my rads countless times though and have never had the slightest reaction regardless of how hard the bite was or how much blood... it does tend to bleed a bit longer though, so maybe there is a bit of anti-coagulant or something in there.
