Default out of interest - reptile sitting...

i was just trying to judge how many people would be interested, if they required it, in someone who could look after their reps while they were away or on holiday etc.
im not just talking the usual hobbiest, even people with vast collections e.g breeders and the like.
i know the service is avalible for dogs cats and other pets but have never seen it for reptiles or exotic pets.
any input would be great

thanks
josh

My local petsitting service does reps. They charge £9 an hour plus 40p per mile there and back.

I personally wouldn't have anyone rep sit for me. If I went away for a week, they wouldn't even notice.

I have house cats that need feeding, so there would always be someone dropping in to see to them. They also know just to have a quick check on temps, to see all is well.

Unless you are away weeks, and have baby snakes to feed. IMO a snake sitter is pointless.

Thats the good thing about snakes, you can leave them for a couple of weeks and they wont even notice you're gone.

Same here. My neighbours, who feed our cats when we are away, also keep an eye on the snake temps and water
