Is it better if they are long and thin or short and fat?

I feed all mine 10-15 percent of there body weight weekly so if I'm feeding my 1kg snake I will aim for a 100- 150 gram rat. Works for me. As they get bigger I tend to leave 10 -14 days between feeds

He is the runt and was hard to get feeding apparently, bless him.

I have around a 09, 3 foot male pastel about 1300g but no idea at all what he weighs to be honest, just that he's around/over this weight and i think he was a daddy earlier this year. Also have a few months old little normal boy who is around 150g and a greedy little muncher who hasnt missed a meal in the time i've had him
