if or when my girl lays eggs,do I leave the eggs in the incubator until the babies come of of the egg? so if I do decide to cut them,do I put them back in the incubator until the babies come out? then do I put the hatchlings straight in the hatchling rack or do I leave them in the incubator until they shed?

Mine stay in the incubator until they leave the egg. I then put them into a tub which they will share until their 1st shed, then I set them up in their own rubs.
Some people keep them separate as soon as they've left the egg, just personal preference.

Remove it and put it in either its own rub or a larger one ready for all
Also with this being your first clutch please don't rush into cutting eggs or if you really feel you have to wait until they've started to pip.
Good luck and hope she lays for you

I know you can try to determine the sex of bearded dragons hatchlings by incubating at lower temp for females and higher temps for males. is this the same for royals?
