First of all, is it just Stags (Lucanidae) or Atlas/Hercules/Rhinos (Dynastidae) as well? Also, would you be willing to get grubs/larvae instead of adults? Adults (Imagos) often carry a hefty price tag (especially in the UK), and are usually hard to find or are bought quickly. Larvae on the other hand are reasonably cheap (usually about £10), but are still bought fast.
Anyway, decide what Genus you're after (most available are Dorcus, Prosopocoilus, Odontolabis and Hexarthrius), and just have a good look around on Google for caresheets. When you want to buy them, get them quite quickly when you have the chance. Sometimes they appear on Ebay, sometimes on online shops. Just be on the lookout for them.
I hope that helped a little.
